One of my favorite shows of all time came back on air last week. This season American Horror Story is doing this school of witches thing. One of my favorite lines comes from Fiona Coode. She was taking out the girls on some field trip and she said “Wear Something….Black” The internet took off and took that line and made it into a meme. “On Wednesdays we wear Black”. In honor of American Horror Story:Coven I did an all black look almost if I was on that field trip.
In this look I am using a few items for The Men’s Department. The spiked blazer from Just Cool is just that; cool. The sleeves come in this amazing texture. It comes in a few different options all of them with the leather sleeves. I paired the look with this amazing hair from Exile. I think I ranted and raved about liking this hair a few blogs ago. It is super great

Remember how last post I was all like “LOL WIZARDING FAIRE?” Well the first blogger item got dropped in my inbox form no other than Mr FATEplay himself. If you do not know what FATEplay is, it’s pretty much like a tree branch off of the talent tree which is Damien Fate. FATEwear is a brand that does items and outfits for roleplays. He already has a Harry Potter inspired uniform at the store right now but he remastered it for the event. The outfit comes with a wand with a spell animation. I used this Animation with my pose.
The Men’s Department is also coming up with a new round. One of the items this round is this amazing hair form Exile. I love it. I LOVE IT SO MUCH! It’s a male long mesh hair A LONG FREAKING MESH HAIR FOR GUYS! As soon as I saw it I plurked about it. God I love it so much.

There are a few things coming this month that have me excited. The first this is Gizza released a Fall line for men. The jacket in this look is part of the release. It has a cool leather texture with a few really cool details. The places where the leather looks more worn. Also coming up this month is Wizarding Faire 2013. Pretty much an sales event put on by Mischief Managed, a Harry Potter like role-play sim. Some of the items for this event can be found here in the flickr group. The event opens in 4 days on October 6th.
All and all October looks like it’s shaping up to be a good month. Oh that and HALLOWEEN! I think i am going to try to do 11 days of Halloween starting on October 20th. We will see. We will see

Hey guys. GUESS WHO HAS THE INTERNET AGAIN? This guy. Oh my Gosh guys not having the internet sucks doesn’t it? Ever wonder what people did before it? Yeah neither do I. But this got me thinking of the future and what it would be like. So I put together a futuristic cyberish look for you.
In this look I am continuing the trend of using Hair Fair hairs except at this point since the event is over I am playing catch up. This mohawk is great and thick. It has the different texture than most hawks out there which is what drew me to it. The mohawk comes with a hair base that looks like this. Now the hair comes from a shop called Unorthodox. They have a great selection of more urban city hairs all of which are perfect.
Today I got the urge to change my avatar’s looks so I went bouncing around skin stores. Now, let me tell you, I am a wee bit picky when it comes to skins. I like the mouth on my Gabe nice and plump, the skin tone has to be some what palish (at least for this look I had in mind), and the brows cannot be too thin. With these goals in mind I was going to store after store. At one, the lips would be perfect but for some reason the skin only came in tan. At other’s the brows were too thin and made me think of a drag queen. I was starting to get worried I would never find something I liked until I popped into Nivaro. Now this store had a few skins I loved, most of which I grabbed demos with. In my excitement I some how managed to buy a skin. At first I was all “Oh bloody hell” until I tried it on. I was in love. The hair base was pure white, the brows were nice and light. I threw on a grey colored hair and got the look bellow.
While I was in my “OMG I need a new skin mode” I also did some normal shopping. See the hoodie? It’s from FATEwear. I love it. But you see, I have this problem. Every time I go into FATEwear I end up getting AT LEAST one fatpack. This trip I walked away with the fatpack of the hoodie (Which was L$1200) and a tank top I am going to use in a later blog. I told myself it was worth it. I mean, look how good I look!

Guess who figured out how to make his Boyfriend’s mac have shadows? This kid! So now my photos will look 10% less sucky because I have shadows. Anywho, on to fashion.
Today I was thing to myself “What am I going to blog?” when out of the blue also like an angel Airedine Poe spoke on me “Oh pretty one, take these glasses and spread the word about their splendor.” So I am here to preach the word of these glasses and my love for them.
The Venture into the Night glasses are pretty epic. The rounded frames come in both gold and silver and six different space reflection in it’s Mirrored lenses. The glasses are mod which is perfect for resizing. She also made them copy which is great for me given that I sometimes move glasses to be on top of my head. Normally it’s a pain to move them back. If you would like to pick up a pair of these bad boys look for the Adore and Abhor item at the Numberology event.

I was going to write this whole long blog post about how I wish designers that created items for men would start using colors other than Black, Blue and Red. But I sort of saw where that would lead. “But Gabe this and this brand uses yellow” And I am sure they do. However, I still feel the majority of menswear designers stay away from pastel colors. Or colors which are stereotypical seen as feminine. I get it, your black coat will sell more than say a pink one or a light blue one.
I still think I find myself a little jealous of the females in secondlife, they seem to have all the colors and patterns I wish male designers used for their items. Like the store Auxilary. Their Collab 88 item this round was a dress with little ponies. I would love that print as a blazer or something.
So the whole point of this rant I guess is, content creators for men. Can I has a pink pony blazer.
With that out of the way, let’s get back to this look. For those of you who don’t know my blogging past, CheerNo was the first ever brand to send me review copies. I have always enjoyed them because they do the thing I wish more designers would (see rant above) so I was thrilled when they sent out this shirt in the blogger group. It’s PINK! I love pink. This shirt and a pair of jeans (Not the ones in this look) can be picked up at this round of The Dressing Room.

So. I don’t really have anything to say today. So here is a look.
If you have not noticed with the amount of times I used this hair in the past two much. I really love this hair.

You know that My Little Pony look I did a few days ago? Well it continues with my favorite pony, Miss Rarity. Rarity is one fierce pony, she works as a fashion designer and loves everything about style.
In the show, Parity wears red glasses when she works on her fashion. I…really don’t know what else to say about this look so..yeah…

Hello followers. Or people who just come to my blog to mock me. I see you boo, I see you. Today I have a few more things to sort of write about. But before I do that, I sort of owe a few people and apology. You see, near the end November I sort of took a long break from this blog. Most of it was spent offline. During this time, I was sent a few review copies that I am just now coming around to open up. One of these items is Hoody Vest from Zanzo. I always feel a little bit guilty when I am sent something and it takes me a while to cover it on this blog. However, I am going to try this month to try to blog at least five days a week.
Now with the whole “I am a bad review blogged” out of the way. Let’s get to the outfit. As you can see I am still rocking these leather pants. I can’t help it, my backside looks good. I am also rocking some CheerNo hair. Speaking of CheerNo hair, did you know they were having a sale on a few of their hair styles? It’s true. A few of the old styles are being marked down to L$ 179. The even older styles are going to be L$ 99. Now there prices are for the fatpacks meaning you get ALL THE COLORS. If you are like me and sort of cycle between hair colors, this would be perfect for you. But hurry, the sale won’t last long and a these styles are going to be taken out of the store to make room for new ones.
Oh yeah, whic
