Gang of Color II

14 Feb

Hey guys. So yesterday, I finished up the Jack and Jill hunt. I have not unboxed all the items yet (I cannot find a sandbox that doesn’t want you to be a premium member) But the few things I managed to try on and open I loved. So, here is a look using two of those items. One of which you cannot see well (The hair base) But I included a link to a better photo of it. The other item are the jeans.

Gnag-of-Color-two

The men’s department is still a thing and I paired this look with a ring from Kosh. Word of advice if you are a fan of the CheerNo mesh hands like I am. Make a copy of the ring than attach it to the same point as the hand. Edit to move it on the finger. Because the ring attaches to the hand normally, it will move with the hand. The CheerNo mesh hands attach to the forearm. Like the hairbase, the ring is hard to see in these looks. But I included a better picture in the credits.

The Day AT The Beach

11 Feb

Summertime has come to Secondlife. At least it has in my mind. I always get slightly happy when I get swimwear or underwear as a blogger item. I’ll be honest, unless I am blogging or going somewhere I am always in a state of undress. Normally shirtless. Why? Because I am just so darn sexy

The-Day-At-the-Beach2

I mean just look at me. Nice sexy torso. Tight and toned legs and a  big….heart. What’s even more fun than being naked by yourself in secondlife is having someone else join with you. In this round of The Men’s Department one of my favorite pose stores, Exposeur, put out a couples pose. I asked one of my sexy female friends to join me in. She said yes.

The-Day-At-the-Beach

I don’t know what she was wearing, I didn’t ask for her credit. But damn look at her. She has that sexy “S” curve going on. Look at that nice round backside. During the photo, she kept pointing out that my bulge was pressing into her belly, and it was. I had to edit that part out.

Shout out to Magenta DeVinna AKA “Skittles” for taking the photo with me and not whining too much when my package was all up in her personal space.

Not only am I using a pose from The Men’s Department, the necklace is also from this round. I also used two items from The Jack and Jill hunt. If you have not doen this hunt, men, it’s pretty good with a few amazing items.

By The Sea

8 Feb

Around the holidays this year, I bought myself a pea coat  It’s an Old Navy jacket, when I got it it was on sale for only $1o. Now, let me explain something to you. In real life I am a larger man, I have wanted a pea coat for years but admitting  I was a little larger. But something happen when I was sent away to college, I stated to eat less, I started walking and weight started to come off.  Enough weight that I went don’t from a size 44 in pants to a 40. Needless to say, I need new clothing. I don’t really know why we did, but my family talked me into checking out old navy. I can now wear their clothing. Not only that, I got my first pea coat.

The-the-sea

While this peacoat from Sleepy Eddy is something I cannot wear in person, when I saw they were this jacket for this rounds of “The Men’s Department”, I had thee same feeling. So I was excited when I saw it and even more excited when it was sent as a blogger copy. So thank you to the designer of Sleepy Eddy for reminding me of that small moment in time this winter that brought me joy.

Indian Winter

8 Feb

One of the things I like about Secondlife is the community of it. One moment, I was running around doing the Jack and Jill hunt when I got an Instant message from a friend. “Hey you busy?” “No.” “Will you model something for me?” I said yes and got to be on a vendor ad for a cool items. The ad can be found here. I liked the item so much I figured I would blog it.

Indian-Winter

One of the reason’s why I liked this item from Loovus Dzevavor so much was it reminded me a lot of India.  I kept with the theme and added this head dress from Zaara.

Red Leader

5 Feb

Hey guys. So, I am on sort of  a blogging kick. If I was smart, I’d save thing blog for tomorrow but it the image is sitting on my desktop and is screaming at me “Hey you should blog me! Blog me now.” So I did and I am. The look is using a few items from The Men’s Department. This round by far is one of my favorites.

Red-Leader

I picked up the Belleza skin from this round. My normal look uses the Dylan skin from the same brand. This skin is a bit more tanner but when I put it on my avatar it looked right. Unlike the Dylan skin, it comes with the body hair on the skin. I almost favor this over the Dylan skin which makes you wear a tattoo layer. There is nothing wrong about with the chest hair layer just with the over five tattoo layer, the avatar won’t rez.

The beard layer, the kilt, sweater and, the poses all come the Department as well. The sweater is nice, it two under shirt options. The hearts shown above (Perfect for Singles Awareness Day) and plain.

Gang of Color

5 Feb

The Mens Department opened today. The event has some really amazing items, In my blog post called The College Kid, I showed off two of the items this round. Well here is two more.

Gang-Of-Color

I kept the purple hair from my last look because I am going to be super honest, I love it. I love unnatural colored hair and this purple is just perfect. If you look closely at the shoes, I tied in some of the purple from the hair. I remember when I first started to style, I was addicted to the Pornstar short tops and super hightop shoes. I would make them match the outfit I wore. These shoes from 2Real are pretty much the same. Every part is changeable making it worth the price for them.

You know that My Little Pony look I did a few days ago? Well it continues with my favorite pony, Miss Rarity.  Rarity is one fierce pony, she works as a fashion designer and loves everything about style.

I was a teenage Unicorn

5 Dec

Sometimes with fashion, you have to take a break from being serious and just have fun. That is what I did for this look. I took a few things I got review copies of and thought to myself “You know what you should do with these Gabe? Make yourself a unicorn.” So I went with it. This is what I came up with.

It’s Getting Colder.

4 Oct

You know sometimes when I write a blog, the worst part is the titles. But sometime’s it’s the words. I try not to be a picture blog and try to share or give feed back on what I am blogging but sometimes (often) I end up zoning out on a blank page for a few minutes on end some times even hours. Today was one of these days. I don’t know if I should talk about it being cold right now and how much I hate it or the fact that I am still on a fancy color hair kick. So I guess I will just give you a picture now.

You know how in the last post I was all “Burley has an amazing hair texture pack blah blah I wish they had more of these options in different styles.” The hair above is one of them. Luckily you can color tint Burley’s mesh hair.  Today, I felt like a being a lavender color.
